WARRANTY PROGRAM
When you buy or sell a home through Coldwell Banker Realty Center, we will make available for purchase a one year Home Warranty Protection Plan. Coverage is provided to the seller during the listing period and transfers to the buyer upon the closing of the sale. This program is a great marketing tool for sellers and peace of mind for buyers. We have several different programs and prices to offer.
BLUE RIBBON PROGRAM
Blue Ribbon Award homes qualify for a unique advertising and promotional program designed to attract serious buyers. Homes that pass a screening for competitive pricing and outstanding condition are eligible for the program. These properties are ready for their new owners.

TRANSACTION COORDINATORS
Donna Allgood and Susan Bunch are licensed Real Estate Brokers with Coldwell Banker Realty Center. They follow each transaction from contract to closing. They handle all of the details and documents. They coordinate inspections, information going to the lender and attorney, and they schedule appointments. They allow our Sales Associates to focus on your needs and negotiating on your behalf.
